Parts Dept Running Better?? Feedback?

Now that we are done re-organizing the parts dept., for the better of the business and for our walk in customers, we would appreciate any feedback concerning these changes. Is it easier to access your parts manager (Dennis Cothran)?  Feel free to drop a line and give us kudos or suggestions.  Hopefully, these changes have been good for everyone.
